Cramlington Biomass combined heat and power (CHP) plant is based in Northumberland. The Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Biomass plant will burn virgin biomass in the form of round logs, brash or pre-chipped fuel. The £138m facility is expected to generate 213 GWh of electricity each year.
