Position: Paint Inspector
Location: Water Orton, Warwickshire
Start Date: 19.08.24
Duration: 3 months
Shifts: 6 Night shifts/week
PAYE Pay Rates:
Mon-Fri: £30.00/hr Including Hol Pay
Sat-Sun: £35.00/hr
Lodge Allowance: £50.00/day
The Role:
Our client is currently recruiting for and level 2 Paint Inspector for a 3 month contract on an HS2 site in Water Orton, near Birmingham. The work will be on highways structures and will include:
Inspection of maintenance painting works (surface preparation, coating application, etc.)
Reviewing and understanding various client specifications
Recommending corrective actions to engineering for evaluation
Completing inspection documents on computer
Ensuring inspection and test equipment is serviceable before use
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Paint Inspector associated with a large project
ICORR Level 2 Or NACE level 2
Construction health and safety awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
